Portrait Print Prices


Session Fee	All 2009 Portrait Sessions = $150 Event Fee, 40 subjects or more = $350 Session Fee includes one hour travel from Wilmington NC Session types: Day in the life Sessions receive up to 6 hours of relaxed photojournalistic service capuring your child doing the daily things you as a parent would love to remember and show later in your childs life. Sunset and Sunrise Portrait Sessions can last as long as you would like however the best light is just after the sun has past over the horizon. Atleast one hour of service is recomended. The session start time will be one hour before sunset or at sunrise for the duration of one hour after. Our goal is to create exceptional images and a high quality product while offering a wide range of images and services to choose from. Photographer Tom Sapp enjoys changeing styles to photograph in a way that will best represent his subjects and their needs when producing your final presentation.

Proofing:	The best images from each pose will be posted online for ordering for the duration of 2 months with the option for digital manipulation, Black and White conversion, enhancement or color correction on Millers web hosting service called www.MillersAlbums.com For manipulation do not place your order through the site. Email the image number and manipulation request to mail@tomsapp.com All email orders for prints under 16x20 will have an additional $25 custom order fee. Thumbnail Proof books $250 Stamped printed proofs are available if purchased Stamped Proofs - $2 per proof (min. of 20)

Packages	To create a custom print package and receive a discounted rate of 10% all we ask is for a little of your time in the studio to help select and perfect your order. This price reduction is only available if you are in the studio in person within 2 weeks of the session to review the images and place your order from start to finish. This process generally takes about 2 hours.

Printable Digital Files on Disk	DVD of all printable digital files from your session $1,500. This disk comes with a release form giving you the rights to print, email, copy. This is a personal release meaning you can not use the images provided for financial gain or commercial publication unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Tom Sapp Photography

Albums and Picture Books Click here for Album Pricing	Picture Books This is a wonderful way to have all your images in one place for easy viewing. This book has received countless smiles when the final presentations are received. The cost is much lower than our digital photo albums or matted albums. The cover is hard high quality leather. You can choose to have an opening in the cover to see through to the first page. For less than the cost of 22 8x10 loose prints you can have these 22 prints bound into a beautiful keepsake book. Books with Multiple image layouts on each page are also available. Canvas Prints for framing and Canvas Art Wraps	Art wraps are canvas prints where the image is printed all the way to the edge of the canvas. The canvas is then stretched around the outside of a wooden frame, similar to a traditional painter’s canvas. The image is visible on the front and on the sides of the finished presentation for a beautiful, 3 dimensional, artistic, contemporary feel. These prices include full retouching, air brushing and art work as well as protective brush stroke finishing. Prints are available in color or black and white. Canvas for framing comes frame ready with the above finishing options! Sales Tax	You do not have to pay sales tax on the session fee. You must include 6.75% sales tax to the final balance according to NC state law for all prints and products
