General Contact Info:

Tom does his best to return all calls promptly as soon as they are received. In the warmer months it is common to find an average of 15 to 30 responses needed per day by phone and around 30 to 40 by email. To help secure a prompt response when trying to contact Tom Sapp in the future by phone please use his cell phone number 910-622-0391. The studio/land line has become a screening system for the high number of telemarketers we receive after using the land line for internet marketing over the past 10 years.  When messages are left on our studio line the high level of telemarketer messages can cause client messages to be missed.  If you feel for any reason a response is needed quickly sending an email before a call or after a voice mail message is left can help secure a prompt response. This also helps when cell phone messages are delayed due to weather or other tower/cell service issues. Please feel free to call or email as many times as you would like for any reason day or night.  We do our best to make sure all questions are answered before a session begins.

When do we call You?

When you receive a confirmation saying your session is booked and you are on the calendar you can rest easy knowing we only book one job per day with each photographer to ensure your images are captured at the best possible time on the date you have reserved. Once on the calendar you do not get removed. If you would like to send an email asking for verification close to the session date please feel free to do so. If weather is not ideal we will call you the day before the session. Often the forcast calls for 30 to 40% chance of rain. Days like these there is no definite way of pinpointing a start time unless image quality is not your primary concern. When the percentage is above 30% we sit on the beach and wait for the clouds. When clouds begin to move in we will call you to shoot. Many days when weather.com and the local weather station call for rain with percentages in the 30s and 40s the sky clears up completly leaving us waiting on the beach until the standard sunny day start time an hour before sunset. Please understand confirming every session a week in advance and then again durring the week of your session with constant contact the day before and day of is not what we generally do. We shoot everyday and everyday we give our full attention to the subject who has put faith in us by reserving that day. We ask you show the same respect by allowing us to advise you when the best shoot time will be on the day of your session or the day before. Your confirmation is when you book the date and receive an email or phone call saying you are on the calendar. The next contact attempt will be the day before if weather is looking less than sunny and the afternoon of your session if all is looking to be as planed.
