If it rains all day on the day of your session or there are extreem winds preventing us from shooting the session fee will be returned or you can reschedule. Tom Sapp Photography is composed of 4 photographers giving us the ability to reschedule your session with another shooter should the photographer you have booked have a full schedule durring your stay. Tom Sapp photography comes with a risk free guarantee meaning if you are not happy at any point I will return the session fee as long as no prints have been ordered. If you are not happy with the color in the print you receive let us know and we can have the lab print another for you. If several prints or multiple orders need to be reprinted the lab or I may ask to see the prints first to verify your request. The lab may or may not agree to cover the cost of shipping to get the prints to the lab for verification, however there will be no charge to reprint and ship the prints back to you.

Please understand when ordering online your orders are being processed by the lab not by Tom Sapp Photography meaning we do not see what you order. The lab gets the order directly, processes your order and ships it the same day your order is placed. The speed and quality of Millers Professional Imaging is the best the industry has to offer. The downside of prividing you with a speedy turnaround time is the in ability to troubleshoot if your order is placed and is not what you intended. There is nothing we can do once you place your order and your credit card is billed. Please view and detail your shopping cart several times to ensure it is what you are expecting to receive. If there is no promo code in the promotional section at check out this means the promotion has not and will not be applied. If you complete your order expecting the promo code to be applied later there is nothing we can do to make this happen. You will be billed the stated amount at the time you completed your order. If after you place your order there is something we agree to fix for you to compensate for a mistake made at the time of ordering please allow 2 weeks for addition this to be processed.
